Hello!
Sara Kaaman makes publishing, teaching, writing and drawings. Her background as a graphic designer is leading her to investigate publishing technologies and/as world making, and the intersections between bodies, publications and public action. As an educator she is using tactics from embodied pedagogy and performance to compost conventional trainings in logic, order and legibility. She makes language move by setting up conditions for collisions of meaning, using objects, words, drawing, wood cutting and performance. She is currently active in the collective constellations MMS (a design research group), Girls Like Us (a queer feminist magazine) and Wake Up! (a collective publishing process).
